New consulting offer: Competent FMEA moderation - support of your design or process FMEA
This consulting service is offered as an in-house service.
The consulting is carried out with one of the two consultants: Dr. Frank Bünting, Dipl.-Ing. Winfried Dietz.
The focus of the consulting is on the execution of an FMEA analysis under the guidance of an external FMEA moderator, who at the same time introduces the participants of the workshop to the FMEA method.

Certified FMEA manager training course
20.05.2025 - 22.10.2025 (4 days) in Oberursel, Hessen
This training has been developed in cooperation VDMA and Dietz Consultants.
The aim of the course is that at the end you will know how to prepare an FMEA, develop it in cooperation with the experts, document the analysis results, track and complete the agreed measures and continuously improve the FMEA process in your own company.
Another special feature is the integrated practical part in your own company and the reflection part.
