FMEA Special: Control Plan According to IATF 16949 and Corresponding AIAG/VDA Requirements Process FMEA and handling “special characteristics”
Process FMEA (P FMEA) identifies risks in processes. The Control Plan (CP) includes measures to control these risks in the manufacturing processes. Both documents are closely interconnected, with some references to the same data, and must be maintained and managed in sync to ensure a zero defect serial production launch.
